  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent through WhatsApp and Email.


2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location.

  • Standard Delivery: 7–9 business days

  • Remote Areas: 10–12 business days

Delivery times may sometimes be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

During special promotions, free shipping offers may be available.


4. Incorrect Address

Customers must provide accurate shipping details while placing the order.

STXY will not be responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.


5. Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us with your Order ID.

Our team will assist you in tracking your order.


6. Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • A clear unboxing video

  • Photos showing the damage

  • Your Order ID

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Without a valid unboxing video showing the damage, return or exchange requests cannot be processed.
