STXY – Return & Refund Policy

At STXY, we aim to deliver high-quality products to our customers. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are only applicable if the product is damaged at the time of delivery.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Wrong size ordered by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • Color or design preference

  • Any other reason not related to product damage

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To claim a return or exchange, customers must record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.

Requirements:

  • The video must clearly show the package being opened

  • The damage must be visible in the video

  • The product must be unused and in original condition

Important:
Without a valid unboxing video showing the damage, we will not be able to process the return or exchange request.

3. Product Condition

To be eligible for return:

  • The product must not be used

  • The product must be in original packaging

  • All tags must be intact

4. Return Request Time

Customers must report the damaged product within 24 hours of delivery.

5. How to Request a Return

To request a return or exchange, contact us with:

  • Your Order ID

  • The unboxing video

  • Clear photos of the damaged product

6. Refund / Exchange Process

After verification:

  • The product will be exchanged with a new product, or

  • A refund will be processed if exchange is not possible.

Refunds may take 5–7 business days depending on the payment method.
